The 1963 Bus Boycott leapt out of the work of the Civil Rights Movement in America and saw British and Caribbean Black people standing up for the rights here in Bristol by boycotting the segregated buses.
It is so great to be able to be involved in this project in which Firstborn are bringing back to life the stories of the people who were involved in the movement. Here are a few stills from the animation:
